Abstract：The article describes the substation operation without overhaul for middle switch cabinet. In order to adapt to different construction environment, we need to be equipped with different length of cable. In order to reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency, ensure safety, we have studied The 10kV630A cable fast conversion Device. The current level of technology are discussed. The structure, testing standard and the use of the device is analyzed.
