Abstract：The importance and content of electrical analysis in the planning for county power grids are discussed, and the application of an electrical analysis tool named《Electrical Analysis and Decision-making Software for Electric Power Supplying Grids》(CEES) is also introduced in this paper. The CEES has various advantages of domestic and international electrical analysis software. The CEES includes some basic electrical analysis functions of power grids, such as load flow, short circuit and energy losses calculation. The numerous application cases of the CEES indicate that CEES is suitable for medium and small-sized power grids, such as the planning and design for county power grids.
