Abstract：Switching operation for power system is a basic operation. Switching operation is essential to ensure the reliability for paper running. This paper analyzed the gate of the substation and related misuse. The basic requirements for switching operation and the establishment of a substation operation optimal operation ticket model are proposed,including the back gate misuse accident prevention measures.
