摘要 随着峰谷差的持续增大及市场机制的限制,依靠传统的电力需求响应实现“削峰”效应存在一定的难度。本文提出了一种包含电池储能系统的电力需求侧风光互补系统经济调度策略,以提高可再生能源在电力需求侧的消纳能力、实现风光本身盈利的同时有效削减系统在高峰期的供电量。最后基于我国某电网的负荷数据及分时电价机制,对所设计的系统进行了仿真,仿真结果验证了所设计控制系统正确性与有效性。

Abstract:With the increased of continued peak valley and limitation of market mechanism, it is difficult to achieve the peak clipping by using traditional means. This paper proposed a wind/PV syste/m, contain energy storage system, economic operation strategy which can improve the permeability of renewable energy and realize the economic benefit. At last, simulation is conducted for the designed control system based on typical daily load curve and electricity price information, the result verified the correctness and effectiveness of designed control system.
