Abstract The aricle introduces the importance of transformer in the whole electric power system and the value of intelligent transformer, introduces the theory of fault diagnosis base in transformer vibration.By analyzing and quoting the theory of fuzzy control, advanced the foundation of transformer’s intelligent monitoring. And then introduces the function and open- property, using Matlab fuzzy logic toolbox, explained the process of construct transformer vibration fuzzy inference system..One by one demobilized the process of preferences of fuzzy inference system, the IF-THEN rule, etc. Finally using simulink construct the modoling and simulation of transformer vibration system, verified the validily of the condition evaluation system.
