Abstract The core technology of a digital watthour metering system is digital watthour meters. Our national watthour meter checking systems are still based on analog systems. Therefore it is necessary to develop a type of digital watthour checking apparatus that may be included in the national chains. In this paper, a new digital watthour meter checking apparatus is presented.
