Abstract the design of online monitor information system that based on IEC 6850 subscribe and pubic way is proposed in this paper. The subscribe and public way reduces the configure workload, economies the debug time,avoids the mistakes of manual configure process,reduces the fault of the difficulty of upgrading the scd module.
