Abstract This paper introduces the GAM-064AC peak measurement instrument, DOP-B07S515 touch screen and PLC DVP40EH00T2 in the microswitch using the sorting machine, the technical requirements, hardware composition, software design and the communication between each other and data processing. Practice has proved that this system has a very high stability, safety, practicability and maneuverability.
