Abstract Set up the mathematical model of Dynamic reactive power optimization. Then make an improvement of the basic genetic algorithm , And using IEEE30 node system are verified against it. Using the improved algorithm to get the control equipment action schedule in the case of Introducing the load factor. The simulation results show that this method can improve the voltage qualification rate, allocate the action equipment action time reasonably, to be able to meet the requirements of Real-time network optimization.
