Abstract With the continuous development of science and technology,liquid crystal is applied more and mode widely,and in the power sector,the smart meters with liquid crystal display are becoming more and more popular among users. Thus,in this paper,a power smart meter scheme with liquid crystal display is designed. This scheme takes Raissa PD78F0485 single chip micyoco (SCM) as its core,and realizes liquid crystal display via liquid crystal controller integrated by it. Besides,it also adopts ATT7026 electric energy measurement chip,and realizes electric quantity measurement and electric energy calculation as PD78F0485 reads electric quantity data in ATT7026. As it is proven in practice that this scheme can not only satisfy the measurement display function of power smart meter,and also reduce development difficulty and production cost. Therefore,it can satisfy demands of relevant industries.
