Abstract Load forecast for power network planning based on basis for various types of electrical items such as technological overhaul. With the development of technology, load forecasting method based on large areas can be described as a wide range of mature, but the scale of the district town load prediction is hard to achieve at the level of good reference value. This major is a small district town, high degree of uncertainty in predicting the results of sensitive. Aiming at the district town of the load characteristics of proposed to divide the district town of loads for natural growth, and growth in part to the transition, two different models were used to predict and then integrated. Results showed that the construction method is effective in the paper, it opens up a new world for small regional load forecast.
