Analysis and Treatment Measures for Accident Caused by Internal Discharge of 220kV GIS |

Abstract Assembly process, operating period and frequent operation are easy to cause the internal contact of GIS bad contact, leading to overheat, discharge even explosion accident. Taking the internal discharge of 220kV GIS as an example, by means of integrated inspection and test analysis on site, it is verified that the insufficiency of operation force of mechanism, which causing uncompleted closing is the main reason for the accident. Based on site actual conditions, the paper described the outage treatment method and put forward the technological process and quality control requirement. Finally, According to the accident, the preventive measures are put forward, which improve the level of the reliable operation of the equipment.
