Abstract Cascade multilevel topology is widely used in high voltage variable frequency speed regulation, reactive power compensation and electrified railway traction etc. This paper on such topological of the carrier level phase-shift SPWM modulation control technology based on Matlab simulation analysis, which verifies the feasibility and correctness of the theoretical analysis of the carrier wave SPWM modulation method. On the basis of the application of FPGA device and its development environment through software programming to realize the level of carrier phase shifting SPWM waveform generation, then design the three-phase cascade level of carrier phase shifting SPWM controller, The feasibility of this scheme is verified through code simulation.
