Abstract This paper analysis the stauts and requirment of automatic test for bay control unit, and a kind of general automatic system is proposed. The distributed structure is adopted in this system, which is characterized by extensibility, resusability and easy-using. The overall design of the automatic test system, composition of hardware & software and the use of testcase are detaily introduced in this paper. The configuration file is decoupled and the project is independent with testcase script, which making the regression test very convenient. The results showed that the test efficiency was greatly improved by the automatic test system.
