Abstract A new cabinet model is in researching and developing, by comparing with the structure of normal cabinet, it is actually optimized heat dissipation. Though it has potential risks as the loading is too heavy, the span is longer, and the gravity is higher than ordinary one, it is supposed to emphasis on concern of intensity and stability problem. Accordingly applied ANSYS software, analyzed its force bearing status, constantly improved the designing of structure to make sure it meets the purpose. Furthermore provide for the other new product with this similar solution which is also unusual.
