Peak auxiliary service demand calculation method of wind power based on the equivalent load rate analysis |

Abstract At present, new energy such as wind power develops rapidly. The lack of peak auxiliary service capacity has become the main factor of limiting wind power consumption. It is an important way to stimulate the traditional power supply peak by organizing the service market and forming a market-oriented auxiliary service price mechanism. It is an important basis for wind farm to participate in the market of auxiliary service. In this paper, the equivalent load ratio index is introduced, and the fairness of the wind farm is analyzed from the perspective of prospective earnings. Based on the equivalent load rate analysis, the demand calculation method of the wind electric field peak auxiliary service is proposed to support the wind electric field to participate in the market transaction. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified based on the IEEE-30 buses system.
