Abstract For the constructing of the power generation system based on monitor and broadcast system of AerShan National Forest Park, a scheme of solar power supply system was determined. In this paper, the particular climate of Aershan area is analyzed. From cost-saving prospective, for cost-effective optimization, the technical schemes of system, design, and installation are discussed. A hardware parameter setting of battery capacity and Solar panel capacity depending the power requirement of the equipments is proposed. Compared with two computing method, an optimum tilted angle of solar PV arrays is setted after practical testing in AerShan area.
