A method for measuring power transformer insulation’s absorptance resistance based on high voltage and high resistance bridge |

Abstract At present, insulation resistance and it’s absorptance measurement of transformer was usually directly measured by insulation resistance meter, and the measurement results will be affected by the instrument performance.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of insulation resistance, on the basis of Wheatstone bridge used for high voltage and high resistance measurement, a measurement scheme of insulation resistance of transformer was designed, a feedback control system was established to dynamically adjust the node voltage by using the control program to realize automatic bridge balance adjustment. The relationship between insulation resistance absorption ratio and adjustable voltage source voltage was derived. The measurement circuit model was set up based on Matlab/Simlink, Simulation and theoretical analysis verify the correctness and feasibility.
