Abstract With the vigorous development of China's urban power industry, higher requirements are placed on power supply reliability, and distribution cables and ring network cabinets are widely used in distribution networks. At present, cable heads are generally installed by cold shrinking or heat shrinking. It is difficult to construct and has a long construction time. It is necessary to develop a quick-connecting device for ring network cabinet cables to achieve rapid installation of ring network cabinets, achieving good economic benefits and society reputation. This paper intends to start with the design idea of the quick plug connector device, and the whole process discusses how to realize the design, manufacture and test verification of the quick plug connector device.
