Abstract Electric energy metering is one of the important means to monitor the production, supply and use of electric power. Therefore, the setting of electric energy metering point, the selection of metering device and the means of data collection need a reasonable scheme. Combined with large-scale coal chemical enterprises covering power generation, distribution and consumption, aiming at various types of measurement interface and report form requirements, based on standards and specifications, requirements of industry competent departments, enterprise management needs and experience accumulated in the operation process, this paper puts forward more reasonable solutions and prospects for similar projects for reference and adoption.
