Abstract Since the factory after the separation of grid and power plant startup/standby power if the neighboring substation connection, in addition to responsible for power plant transmission line infrastructure investment, but also to the Power Grid Corp long-term operation after the payment of basic electricity transformer expensive, therefore, the design institute and the power plant on the new project repeated design scheme optimization, and strive to improve the generating units put into operation after the bidding capacity.
