Abstract This ship fire damage control system, which has the responsibility for guaranteeing ship survivability, is an important part of ship machinery control system. The principle and architecture of ship fire damage control system is analyzed in this paper. And then a new configuration technology, industrial automation general technology platform (IAP), is introduced. Based on the IAP control platform, a ship fire damage control simulation system, which includes simulation platform, the cabin fire model, the alarm value and human machine interface (HMI), is designed.
