Abstract Distributed grid-connected PV is an important means to solve the energy shortage, photovoltaic power supply connected to the distribution network in the short circuit current, voltage and other aspects have a negative impact, limiting PV capacity increased. Based on rising solar penetration needs analysis "" solar access of the main factors followed by analytic hierarchy process based on the enhancement of distribution network with distributed PV programme is proposed, including the implementation process as well as specific aspects of the operation; the last examples in support of. Results show that research can ensure economic premise of the article, improve the absorptive capacity of distribution network of photovoltaic and to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
