Abstract In this paper, experimental methods, By comparing the control variable, verified contact form, contact pressure, the contact surface factors and so on and groove clamp resistance, and groove clamp design and manufacturing should come to keep the surface smooth, increase the contact area, and do may increase the contact pressure.The main value of this paper is on the factors that influence groove clamp resistance and conducted research and a reliable conclusions can be more targeted and groove clamp lower contact resistance, extended service life and groove clamp, ensure the power line run.
