局部阴影条件下光伏阵列旁路二极管和阻塞二极管的影响和作用

Abstract The different output characteristic influences of photovoltaic array’s bypass diode and string diode under partially shaded conditions are analyzed. The mismatch power loss's diminishment effect of bypass diode and string diode are distinguished. The Matlab’s solar cell which is applicable to establish photovoltaic array’s circuit model replaces complex math model. Because of photovoltaic cell’s short-circuit current changes linearly with irradiance, bypass diode’s set influences array’s output characteristic obviously. Because of photovoltaic cell’s open-circuit voltage changes nonlinearly with irradiance resulting in a small variation range, string diode's set influences array’s output characteristic less obviously.
