Abstract With the rapid expansion of the scale of power quality monitoring system of power grid, the disadvantages of traditional account management method withfile modeare more obvious such as difficulty in management, high rate of missing, poor management efficiency and quality. Therefore, it is necessary todevide the business areas and processes of acount management carefully, then build a set of power quality account management system based on B/S architecture, which covering a number of business areas related to power quality monitoring, and implementing of the functional release for the whole network users through the mainstream browser, it can flexibly meet the needs of different users under the different business scenarios, and help managers to achieve the efficient management of account.
