Abstract Briefly city households within power station produced noise features, analysis control noise principle and method, proposed city households within substation reduced noise design programme, from source control, and biography sound way control, and select low noise equipment, and reasonable used buildings across sound, and sucking sound design, and pollution and the protection, several aspects integrated for test, optimization has households within substation reduced noise design integrated technology economic programme, effective to control noise on pollution of effect, improve people home environment of health.
