Abstract Distribution network transfers load through closed loop mode and changes operation mode. It is a common way to ensure the reliability of power supply and improve the economic operation of distribution network. When single phase grounding fault occurs in the system, the uninterrupted power transfer load can be achieved by closing the loop, and the fault line can be removed to ensure the reliability of power supply. By analyzing the single phase grounding of 2 cable lines in the power grid of Xue Jia Wan area, this paper develops the interphase short circuit, the corresponding protection action tripping events are analyzed in detail, and the treatment measures are put forward.
