Abstract Trolley line has gradually become an optimized power supply mode for mobile electrical equipment. Aiming to automatic checkout problem of mechanical operation performance between trolley line and current collector, a kind of automatic equipment which can realize multistate mechanical operation performance checking is designed. Hardware, software and automatic control program of this equipment are respectively analyzed and discussed, and the overall design effects of hardware and software are showed.
