Abstract As the main equipment in automobile industry, EMS has been widely used in automobile manufacturers.But its on the control method has some disadvantages, car air and ground control did not form a good human-computer interaction, leave work at the product operators can monitor and manual air vehicles, in this paper, the use of wireless local area network (LAN) + industrial Ethernet technology makes the air car PC with the ground to form a local area network, and configuration and simulation software is adopted to achieve their own trolley conveyor line air car wireless monitoring and manual control, improve system performance and the degree of automation.
