Application research of domestic fieldbus technology in supercritical thermal power plant |

Abstract GD Power Handan Eastern Co-Generation Co., Ltd. newly built and put into operation two 350MW supercritical units and put into opration, that successfully popularized the fieldbus technology based on Profibus protocol designed and developed by Beijing Huadian Tianren Electric Power Control Technology Co., Ltd. in the host and auxiliary control of the whole plant. This paper describes the application scope and operation of fieldbus in detail, and summarizes the solutions to three typical failure cases: off-line equipment, network segment communication failure and communication module PB card crash Thus, the application of Profibus technology in thermal power plant is thoroughly analyzed, which provides reference for the promotion and use of Profibus technology in similar projects test basis.
