Abstract According to the production characteristics of semi-water wet phosphoric acid, the distributed control system (DCS) is used for accurate control, and the belt metering is used to measure phosphate ore. The electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure the ratio of returned acid, mixed acid and concentrated sulfuric acid to participate in the reaction of semi-water wet phosphoric acid. The steam heating reaction tank provides sufficient conditions for semi-water reaction of wet process phosphoric acid and efficiently extracts phosphoric acid.
