Research and application of automatic test system for insulation performance of distribution terminal |

Abstract In this paper, the insulation performance test of power distribution terminal is investigated and analyzed. In view of the shortcomings of traditional test methods, the system solution of automatic test transformation is proposed. By designing system programs, it is possible to automatically determine test results, generate test reports, and upload them to the information management system. A complete testing platform is built for verification. The results show that the automatic testing system can improve production efficiency, save labor costs, improve testing reliability, and ensure product quality before leaving the factory, thus achieving automation and informatization of insulation performance test for distribution terminals in practical applications.
