Abstract By controlling the motor circuit breakers are described in this paper the adjusting knob to the minimum setting current value position, to ensure its consistency, combining with the related parts and make analysis to the structure, consistency and control the minimum setting current value position of the key factors; At the same time points out that the zero drift of bimetallic strip is the important cause leading to the motor circuit breaker action repeatability is poor. Based on the theory of design, and puts forward proposals about how to solve the above problem.
