Abstract Firstly,the feasibility of energy management contract in power plant are analyzed in this paper. Based on this, the implementation of contract energy management in Wanglong power plants is introduced,including the application of control strategies. After renovation, the equipment is running in good condition.Especially the renovation of powder exhaust fan, makes milling electric cost from 34kW·h/t to 26kW·h/t and lift the boiler operation economy. Power consumption rate is also reduced. Finally, it is proposed that contract energy management contract in the grid enterprises has good marketing sense.
