Abstract Control system is the core part of the wind turbine, and is the most important part to ensure the normal operation. In this paper the functions of the wind turbine control system was briefly described. For the features of the megawatt offshore wind turbine control system, the structure layout of main control system, as well as the sensor design of megawatt offshore wind turbine was described detailly.
