Abstract The electrical products parts tolerance selection has great effects on the performance and cost of electrical products designers need careful selection.The traditional component tolerance selection method not only needs the designer to the product function, parts processing technology, all kinds of machine tools are quite familiar with the performance, but also design products accuracy ofen remain high, the cost is still high. While the precise mechanical design tolerance, can make the design of tolerance is more reasonable, the processing cost components is reduced, the electrical products has a high price,which has good market competitiveness.
