Abstract Load forecasting is the foundation and core grid planning and construction. The paper presents a load forecasting urban distribution network planning new methods. This method is compared with traditional load forecasting methods, and its main characteristic is that not only carried out from the time the forecasts which were also predicted from space, using the method of loading a city Economic and Technological Development Zone are predicted to effectively address deviation uncertainties to improve prediction accuracy.
