Abstract Correlation coefficient between AC insulation level of 110~1000kV transformer and voltage of Long-Duration Induced AC Voltage Withstand Test (ACLD) with partial discharge test is anaylyzed. Compared with regulations of voltages in 2007 and 2013 version of 750kV hand-over procedures, scientific rationality of the regulations of ACLD votages is proved.
