摘要 本文设计实现了智能控制交流接触器跳闸和防晃电功能:①针对目前微机保护装置跳闸出口继电器存在断弧能力弱而造成无法跳开接触器线圈问题,利用防晃电智能控制模块和微机保护装置结合的方式实现智能控制接触器跳闸;②电力系统发生交流电压跌落时,利用防晃电智能控制模块判断其原因并将交流切换到直流供电维持状态。同时,防晃电智能控制模块可运行在节能模式,降低接触器功耗。

Abstract:This paper provides the implementation of intelligent control AC contactor trip and anti-electricity shaking functions: ①to solve the problem that it is unable to trip the contactor coil as the weakness of breaking ability on tripping exit relay in relaying protection power system, this paper provides a mechanism to implement intelligent contactor tripping with combing anti-electricity shaking module and relaying protection device; ②when interference electricity is occurred, this module will decide the corresponding reason and switch the AC operation to DC operation. Meanwhile, the anti-electricity shaking module also can run energy-saving mode with power system to decrease the contactor power dissipation.
