摘要 电磁兼容标准YY0505-2012在医疗器械行业执行后,医疗设备的电磁兼容问题得到极大关注,其中静电防护方面形成了一些常见的经验性的措施,如用金属外壳罩住并接地进行屏蔽、在片上使用防ESD器件等。然而,很少涉及在无外接电源情况下的研究,本文针对无外接电源情况下医疗设备的静电防护问题做了探索和分析,提出了三项整改措施,并结合整改案例进行分析。整改结果表明,本文提出的三种ESD防护措施具有实用性,对ESD防护措施研究具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:Since the electromagnetic compatibility standard YY0505-2012 was executed in the medical device industry, the electromagnetic compatibility of medical equipment has received much attention.Some common empirical measures about ESD protection have been taken, such as covering the equipment with a metal shell linked to the ground for shielding and using ESD devices on chip. However, there are rare studies involving no external power supply equipment. Therefore, this paper has explored and analyzed the problem of ESD in no external power supply medical equipment and has proposed three rectification measures for this problem with analyses of rectification cases. Rectification results indicate that the three ESD protective measures proposed in the paper are practical and have certain reference value for the research of ESD protection measures.
