摘要 随着电气检测新技术的快速发展,各种用于带电检测、停电试验及在线监测等应用的电气设备不断增多,亟需开发出一款通用性好、可扩展性好及交互性强的协同管理系统。本系统遵循国家电网公司公共信息模型(SG-CIM)对检测设备数据扩展建模并编码,采用IEC 61970组件接口规范(CIS)中通用数据访问服务(GDA)设计数据访问接口,用WCF构建服务端与客户端间通信;对开发出的原型程序进行测试,其能够快速、准确完成对检测设备的信息管理操作。后续将不断完善信息管理功能并扩展其他功能组件。

Abstract:With the rapid development of electric power detection technology, all kinds of the electrical detection equipments which used for live detection, black-out test and on-line monitoring has increased, that needs to develop one interactive collaborative management system which has good commonality and good scalability. The designed system followed the SG-CIM for extended modeling and coding, designed the data access interface followed the GDA of IEC 61970, and built the communication between the client and server by applying WCF. The prototype program of the system was tested, the result showed that the system could complete equipments’ information management operations quickly and accurately. The following will continue to improve the information management functions and extend other functional components.
