摘要 本文设计了一种用于电力线载波过零点通信用交流市电过零点检测电路。该电路经阻容降压、稳压储能、分压和达林顿驱动后隔离输出过零点信号。采用Multisim对电路进行仿真后表明,过零检测电路可有效检测交流电的过零点,同时该电路具有生产成本低、占用PCB面积小、检测时间差短、抗电网浪涌电压和浪涌电流等性能。已大量应用在电力线载波过零通信中。

Abstract:An AC zero crossing detection circuit for zero crossing communication of power line carrier is proposed. The circuit outputs zero crossing signal through RC power supply, voltage stabilizing, energy storage, voltage dividing, Darlington driving and isolation. By Multisim simulation of the circuit, the simulation results show that the proposed zero detection circuit can effectively detect the alternating current zero crossing, and the circuit has advantages of low production cost, occupied small PCB area, short detection time difference, prevent interference about power surge voltage and surge current. It has been widely used in zero crossing communication of power line carrier.
