沿海地区集中表箱凝露现象分析及防治措施研究

摘要 集中表箱内部受潮产生凝露,会使电气设备绝缘性能下降,引发设备绝缘击穿造成短路等故障,影响供电可靠性。针对沿海地区集中表箱凝露现象严重这一问题,本文对凝露产生的原因进行了探讨,对加热除湿法、冷凝除湿法应用于集中表箱的优缺点进行了分析比较,并提出了集中表箱防凝露的改进措施,最后对除湿效果进行了验证,经实践应用证明该研究对集中表箱凝露现象防治具有一定的实际效果和指导意义。

Abstract:It will decline electrical equipment insulation property after condensation formed inside centralized meter box, which could initiate insulation breakdown of equipment and may result in short circuit and other faults, affecting power supply reliability and so on. In view of the condensation phenomena on centralized meter box that widely occured in coastal areas, the cause of condensation is analyzed, heating dehumidification technology, condensing dehumidification technology used in centralized meter box is compared, and anti-condensation measures are proposed. Finally, the dehumidification effect of the anti-condensation measures are verified. According to the practical application, this paper can provide some actual effect and guide significance for the prevention and control of damp and condensation phenomena in the centralized meter box in distribution networks.
