摘要 抗震试验作为核电1E级低压开关柜鉴定的重要内容之一,其目的是通过在模拟地震试验台上对样机进行振动试验,来考核开关柜的抗震性能及功能件的动作情况。本文以首次抗震试验结果为基础,对低压开关柜结构进行分析,提出相应改进方案,并通过改进前后试验结果的对比验证结构改进的有效性。为提高开关柜结构抗震性能,提供解决方案。

Abstract:Seismic test is one of the important contents in the identification of low-voltage switchgear of grade 1E in nuclear power plant. Its purpose is to test the seismic performance of switchgear and the action of its functional components by vibration test on the simulated seismic test bench. Based on the first aseismic test results, the structure of low-voltage switchgear is analyzed, and the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward. The effectiveness of the structural improvement is verified by comparing the test results before and after the improvement. In order to improve the seismic performance of switchgear structure, a solution is provided.
