摘要 本文提出一种基于实测方法的变压器谐波模型建立方法,综合考虑了谐波工况对变压器短路阻抗参数、铁心非线性的影响。通过变压器的谐波短路试验,拟合出绕组在0~2450Hz范围内的阻抗频变表达式,运用串联Foster电路加以实现。通过变压器的谐波开路试验,研究谐波电压的频率、相位、峰值等因素对变压器励磁特性的影响,提出基于“最大磁链法”的励磁支路简化建模方法。利用实验室小功率变压器对该建模方法进行了验证,结果表明,所得到的模型既能表征谐波工况下绕组的频变特性,又能表征铁心的非线性特性,同时在计算变压器损耗、励磁电流时具有准确性高的特点,满足工程实际应用的需求。

Abstract:Considering the limitations of existing transformer harmonic models at home and abroad, a modeling method for establishing harmonic transformer model based on practical measurement is proposed in this paper. The influence of harmonics on short-circuit impedance parameters and the nonlinearity of the core are studied. By conducing the transformer harmonic short-circuit test, the impedance frequency variation expression of the winding from 0 to 2450Hz is fitted and realized by a Foster circuit. By conducting the transformer harmonic open-circuit test, the effects of frequency, phase and peak of harmonic voltage on the excitation characteristics of the transformer are studied, and a simplified modeling method of the excitation branch based on the “maximum flux linkage method” is proposed. The modeling method is implemented to the process of modeling a practical transformer. The results show that the obtained model can not only describe the frequency variation characteristics of the winding under harmonic conditions, but also characterize the nonlinear characteristics of the iron core. What’s more, the established model can be used to calculate transformer loss with a high level of accuracy. This modeling method has the characteristics of high accuracy and meets the needs of engineering practical applications.
