摘要 弹簧操动机构由于结构简单、体积小、对环境无污染、可靠性高等优点,在断路器中得到广泛应用。在弹簧操动机构运行故障中,储能弹簧问题最为突出。本文设计了一种断路器弹簧操动机构弹簧压力在线监测系统,实现了断路器机构弹簧断裂和疲劳松弛的在线监测和故障 预警。

Abstract:Spring operating mechanism is widely used in circuit breakers because of its simple structure, small size, no pollution to the environment, high reliability and many other advantages. In the operation failure of spring operating mechanism, the problem of energy storage spring is the most prominent. This paper designs an on-line monitoring system for spring pressure of spring operating mechanism of circuit breakers, which realizes the spring fracture and fatigue relaxation of circuit breakers online monitoring and fault warning.
