摘要 充气环网柜具有体积小、免维护、不受恶劣环境影响等特点,极度适于海上风电应用场景。海上风电机组因海上风能影响,需频繁切入切出,对开关元件的机械寿命和机械操作的可靠性要求较高。本文结合充气环网柜环境适应性好等特点,研究将具有高寿命的真空接触器放置于充气箱体内,且满足与其他充气环网柜方案并柜的可行性,最后进行设计生产验证,并应用于海上风电风机塔筒项目中。

Abstract:The inflatable ring main unit has the characteristics of small size, maintenance free, and free from harsh environment, which is extremely suitable for offshore wind power application scenarios. Due to the impact of offshore wind energy, offshore wind turbines need to be cut in and out frequently, which requires high mechanical life and reliability of mechanical operation of switches. In combination with the characteristics of good environmental adaptability of the inflatable ring network cabinet, this paper studies the feasibility of placing the long-life vacuum contactor in the inflatable box and meeting the requirements of cabinet merging with other inflatable ring network cabinet schemes. Finally, the design and production verification are carried out and the inflatable ring main unit is applied to the offshore wind turbine sleeve project.
