摘要 作为核电站主泵电机的核心电驱设备,变频调速设备一旦出现故障,就会对生产及其相关工艺造成十分严重的后果。鉴于此,本文提出一种变频器双机冗余驱动方案,通过两台变频器驱动一台电动机来实现变频器整机的冗余备份,当驱动电动机的主变频器出现故障时,可在较短时间(150ms)内自动切换至备用变频器驱动输出,确保电动机能够连续稳定运行。这种双机冗余切换方案可为核电站的稳定运行提供重要保障,降低潜在风险。

Abstract:As the core electric drive for the primary pump motor in a nuclear power plant, any fault of the frequency converter can cause extremely serious consequences for production and related processes. This paper presents a redundant drive scheme for inverters. Two inverters are used to drive one motor to provide redundant backup for the whole inverter. When the main inverter device driving the motor fails, it can automatically switch to the backup inverter drive output in a short time (within 150ms) to ensure that the motor can run continuously and stably. This dual-machine redundant switching scheme provides an important guarantee for the stable operation of the nuclear power plant and reduces potential risks.
