Abstract:Since the environment around the widely distributed line channels is affected by urban development, people's daily activities and alternating seasons, it is leading the line to run at potentially hazardous environment which greatly increase the probability of an accident. In order to improve security operation of the power transmission and distribution networks, the relevant administrative departments need to organize regular activities of hazard investigation, detect the hidden dangers in time and improve the stability of power grid. This paper aims to design the grading warning management for transmission and distribution hazard sources on the basis of the actual production, establish the hierarchical warning control system which can standardize hazard management, and realize the upgrade of equipment safety management level.
